I’ve been highly requested to show more recipes on my channel! I have been showing them in my daily vlogs but wanted to get them out there on their own so you guys can find them easier when you want some ideas of things to cook! These won’t always necessarily be my “own” recipe, but they are just the ones I go to! 🙂 I hope y’all enjoy these kinds of videos!
☻ 3-4 large chicken breasts (frozen or thawed)
☻ 1 large onion (white or yellow)
☻ 1 bundle of fresh cilantro
☻ juice of 5 limes
☻ chicken broth
☻ garlic powder
☻ sea salt
☻ crockpot liner (optional)
☻ Fresh Salsa (deli section Walmart)
Place chicken in crockpot. Put a pinch of salt each breast. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Pour chicken broth in crockpot enough to cover breasts about half way. Cube onion and put on top of chicken. Squeeze limes over chicken. Put 3/4 the bundle of cilantro and place on top. Cover and cook on high for 3-5 hours. Remove cilantro and onions from crockpot and discard. Remove chicken and place in bowl and shred with 2 forks. Place shredded chicken back in juice in crockpot and let cook another 15 minutes to reabsorb juice.
To eat as tacos, place chicken on warmed up tortillas and dress as desired. (But you MUST use that salsa! I swear by it!)
