My first try at Mac and Cheese on the Pitboss! Came out great! For the Cheese sauce I used A half a stick of butter, 3/4 cup of flour, 3-4 cups of milk, a teaspoon of ground mustard, salt, pepper, and Adobo. A few teaspoons of Whipped Cream cheese, half a regular sized bag of shredded mozzarella, shredded cheddar and a pinch of shredded sharp. Enjoy!!!!!
