-1 bag of rotini pasta from the great low carb bread company (you can purchase this pasta from amazon by following this link. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07482JMJS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_OxUFDbEGCKYT8)
-32 oz. of grilled chicken (frozen or fresh)
-6 tablespoons or more of olive oil based on preference
-1 red bell pepper
-1 green bell pepper
-1 medium white onion
-1 medium zucchini squash
-4 oz. of mushrooms
-10 oz. of grape tomatoes
-1 bag of spinach
-1 oz. of Parmesan if preferred
-1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of parsley, 1 teaspoon of basil, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of cilantro, 1 teaspoon of rosemary, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 2 teaspoons of onion powder, 2 teaspoons of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt
-1 tablespoon of Mrs. dash seasoning for chicken and 2 teaspoons of black pepper for vegetables and chicken
