1 whole chicken already washed and cut
½ cup of corn oil
1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons coriander powder
1 teaspoon red chili
2 teaspoons salt
1 green bell pepper
1 bunch of green onions
10-15 green beans cut into smaller pieces
1 cup of corns
1 cup of peas
10-12 cups of water
Add ½ cup of oil to pan. Heat on high.
Add chicken to pan.
Add ginger garlic paste.
Add red chili, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
Once oil is simmering, reduce heat to a lower temperature. Spices will burn if the heat is left on high for too long.
Cook chicken for five minutes on stove.
Add cooked chicken mix to a slower cooker.
Add all vegetables.
Add 10-12 cups of water.
Cook soup on high in the slow cooker for at least 5 hours.
Serve and enjoy.
